The Rural Enterprise Programme (REP), Ghana needed a robust digital solution to streamline the operations of its Business Resource Centres (BRCs) and improve the management of resources, clients, and administrative processes across the country.

Between August and October 2021, we designed, developed, and operationalised a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Management System (ERP) for the BRC network.

The platform brought critical business functions into a single integrated system, covering Human Resources, Assets, Banking, Accounting and Finance, Client Management, Consultants, Documents and Knowledge Resources, Procurement and Supply Chain, Training and Development, and executive reporting.

Designed to support day-to-day operations, the system provided BRC management with centralised information, streamlined workflows, and timely administrative and executive reports for better decision-making.

Today, the platform supports 280+ users across 37 offices nationwide, managing information on 16,000+ registered SMEs and individuals.

The project demonstrates our capacity to deliver scalable, integrated enterprise systems that digitise operations, strengthen information management, and enable organisations to efficiently manage distributed operations at national scale.
